HOTEL and DIRECTIONS

The conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield, 1800 East Golf Road, Schaumburg, Illinois.  The Hyatt, a large modern hotel, is located in the northwestern Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, across the street from the Woodfield Shopping Center.  For further details on the hotel and its amenities, see their Fact Sheet.

The HNS Conference has reserved blocks of rooms for the nights of Friday, June 12th, and Saturday, June 13th, 2009.  Please call the Hyatt's direct number to make reservations:  (847) 605-1234.   Mention the HNS Conference to receive the negotiated room rate of $119/night, single or double occupancy, plus tax (currently 14%). 

The Hyatt will honor the $119 rate for a 2-day period both before and after the conference dates, space permitting.  A reservation fee of one night’s room and tax is due and payable to the hotel for failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival date. 

The cut-off date for making reservations as part of our room block is May 15, 2009. Reservation requests received after the this date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.
