Historical Novel Society
Call For Participants: North American Conference 2005

Join us in historic Salt Lake City, Utah, in April 2005 for the Historical Novel Society's first North American conference! The conference will be held on April 15-17, 2005, at the University Park Marriott in Salt Lake City. We hope to provide a stimulating, thought-provoking program that touches on many aspects of historical fiction.

May 2004 update: Over the past three months, we have received over 100 proposals from many qualified individuals.  We are now in the process of developing a program of events and will begin contacting speakers/panelists shortly.  Although our slate of speakers/panelists is full for 2005, we encourage you to fill out this form - or contact us directly - if you would like to schedule a book-signing or reading, offer your books for sale at the conference, moderate a session, volunteer, or attend as an audience member.  We will also consider additional speaker/panel ideas for future conferences. Thanks for your interest!

Conference registration information will be available in June 2004.  In the meantime, should you have any questions about the conference, or if you have problems with this form, please contact either of the conference coordinators: Ann Chamberlin (setzers@msn.com) or Sarah Johnson (sarah.johnson@historicalnovelsociety.org, or 217-581-7538).
