IF YOU ARE JOINING IN NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY OR FEBRUARY we will assume (unless you tell us otherwise) that you are joining for 2004. If this is the case, please be aware that you will receive nothing from us until the first 2004 issue of the Historical Novels Review, which does not ship until MARCH. (If you can't bear to wait till then, you can always buy back issues, or join for 2003 and receive all of 2003's magazines).
